Classes

I know that Personal Training isn’t for everyone, which is why I also offer classes at the studio. The class sizes are intentionally kept small, so you still get the personal interaction and I can keep an eye on technique and intensity.

Solyoution Circuits

Circuit training is a combination of between different exercises that are performed one after the other – rotating round different stations, 30 second bursts back-to-back until the circuit is complete. Circuits are a high intensity class, giving you a great workout.

Each class is £7.50 per person, or you can purchase a 10-class loyalty card for £50.

Solyoution Sculpt

A strength-based class, which uses different techniques to keep sessions exciting and different. Working alone or in pairs, you support each other through a full body workout designed to shape and build muscle.

Other benefits include:

• Increase muscle mass – meaning a higher calorie burn at rest.

• Stronger bones and joints.

• Learn new techniques to use in your own training.

• Exercising in a supportive and social environment.

• Build confidence in lifting weights.

Maximum of 4 people per session, so booking is essential.

£10 per person, per session.
